Pickup Information

Pick up is from a residential address in Ilam, Christchurch. The exact address is provided via order confirmation email. Over Summer, the pickup location may be in Wellington. Please check the Summer Booking Information for any changes :)

Pick up will be between 11am and 6pm on Thursday, unless agreed upon prior.

To return a pick up hire, the client must drop off the hire garment by 4pm on the return date. This return date will be marked on your rental card, but is generally the Sunday after your weekend hire. 

Postage

Postage hires will be sent via NZ Post overnight delivery service.

RIRI RENTALS will express post the hire garment to the client in advance to ensure on time delivery. You may receive the rental garment up to a week in advance.

With the delivery of the hire garment, a pre-paid return label, bag and instructions will be provided. The courier will be called to the same drop off address, to pick up your rental on the return date marked. For weekend hires, this is generally the Monday after your weekend hire. 

Please ensure you select and pay for postage at checkout. 

Garment Care

On the product page of each garment, there will be a note if you are required to take extra care of the garment due to the fabric, colour or length of the dress.

Please do not attempt to wash, alter, stain treat or modify the dress in any way. If this occurs, you are liable to a charge deemed relevant by the T&C's.

Sustainability

All orders are packaged using POLLASTIC poly mailers, made from 100% recycled Ocean Bound Plastic pollution, as well as the Labelopes. All tissue paper is recycled where possible.
